Welcome to our exclusive Rooftop Spa Penthouse Apartment, where beachfront living meets ultimate relaxation. This luxury modern retreat offers unrivalled sunrise views, a private rooftop spa and the serenity of oceanfront living. We are centrally located on Alexandra Parade, on the walking track between Mooloolaba and Cotton Tree, with a family park across the street. Within the boutique resort, we have two swimming pools, in a quiet location, equalling a "car optional" holiday. Surfs Up! The space Penthouse 20 is a beach-styled luxury modern Two-bedroom, Two-bathroom apartment recently renovated, with a spacious interior of 210m. A large coastal kitchen, very well equipped with all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking gear you could need. A dishwasher, stove, microwave and coffee machine for your comfort, with a closed butler's laundry room. There is a starter pack of tea, coffee, glad wrap, alfoil, salt & pepper, paper towel, dishwasher powder, dishwashing tablets and tissues. The Private 80m rooftop with covered pergola over the brand new jacuzzi, privacy blinds along opaque glass panels allow the perfect plans for sunbathing and enjoying sunset drinks while waiting through the night to see a shooting star! A dining table and 2 x 2 seater lounge chairs plus 2x sun-loungers to make your comfort and choice in abundance with 180-degree sea views perfect for each day of your holiday escape. NOTE: 1. Stays over a week, we will require access to the spa for sanitation and optimal operation, at the owner's expense. 2. For guests staying for long periods with us, we suggest new linen and an apartment freshen-up with our onsite team, for a minimal fee as the fresh salt air settles within the apartment. The location is unbeatable and quiet, and the surf crashing is relaxing and only 50m across the road to the beach and a fabulous family park. Surrounding the resort with two pools, one heated, are many surf clubs and restaurants ( yes, even McDonald's) all within walking distance. The Apartment is on the south end of Alexander Parade on the doorstep of Cotton Tree, so there is no road noise, only the ocean. The Space includes A direct lift access from the secure single-car park (behind an electric gate, height limit 1.95m) Open plan living and dining room with air conditioning along with ceiling fan. A 55-inch Smart TV and CD machine in the living room is ready for the Netflix Binge if required. Fast WIFI approximately 30 mbs so you can stream your favourite shows. An 8-seater dining table, chaise lounge with 2 occasional chairs, block out curtains for privacy at night make the space comfortable, spacious and relaxing. The Living Room balcony faces East, with a breakfast bar overlooking the park and ocean so you can enjoy your time bathed in sunshine as you plan your day. Bedrooms All with Air conditioning, ceiling fan & Smart TV Bedroom 1 with ensuite and walk-in robe can be made as a King Bed or split into 2 x Long Singles. Bedroom 2 with bathroom next door and separate toilet, with small kids bath, can be made up as the following configuration 1 x King Bed with 1 x Long Single OR 3 x Long Singles Perfect for a family of 5 or 5 friends Cots can be hired by our onsite managers if required. The Resort is surrounded by beautiful coastal walking/bike pathways to explore. Restaurants, coffee shops, surf clubs and shopping are moments from your doorstep. Location, views and space..... yours to enjoy! Guest access The whole apartment and Resort Other things to note On-Site property managers, Ian and Deb to help you during your stay. The resort has only 24 apartments in total and has two pools, one heated to about 30c year-round, a spa, a sauna and a BBQ area for use by guests. Our apartment is serviced weekly with cleaning & a linen change for you. ( the cost is extra, we will provide this before booking). Please keep in mind that beach towels are not provided but you can hire from the onsite manager. The gardens are tropical and well-maintained. The park across the street is well-equipped for kids of all ages. No Events, Hens or Buck's Parties, or Schoolies allowed. The Resort is Non-Smoking - across the road is a park if the need arises.
