Boasting 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, & neighborhood parks, this home has everything you need for your family's next stay! The space This fully furnished home is ready for your next Colorado adventure. Books, board games, and ping pong are available for use. The large sectional is perfect to curl up on for movie night. 6 Bedrooms: 1 king (master); 4 full beds; 1 twin daybed w/twin trundle. Pool: Heated semi-inground pool (15 feet diameter and 4 feet deep). Pool noodles/floats are provided. Guest access A room or area will be locked if it is off-limits. Pool area is closed from Labor Day (early September) until Memorial Day (Late March) Other things to note Pool: Heated semi-inground pool (15 feet diameter and 4 feet deep). Open only Memorial Day through Labor Day. The pool heater is set at ~80 to 90F. Please replace the pool cover when the pool is not in use to prevent the heater from excess use. For your safety, please do not allow anyone to swim alone, especially children.
