The View - Lower Deck - Seafront

☆Welcome to the The View - Lower Deck in Barbados ☆ OMG! Watch Turtles popping up for air from your spacious terrasse and fall a sleep to the sound of the waves. THE VIEW - PENTHOUSE and THE VIEW - MIDDLE DECK are the other two separate and private apartments in the same building. South coast of Barbados is the place for all kind of surf activities or just to relax. You will find surfers on the water when the waves are right and kite/wing- and windsurfers as soon as the wind is blowing. The space The three apartment modern house is located right on the sea side in the Silver Sands area. The View - Lower Deck is for max. 6 person. After more than: 4 guest, an extra charge of $20 per person, per night will be issued The master bed room has a queen bed, A/C, ceiling fan and an attached modern bath room. The second bed room has a queen bed, A/C and ceiling fan. The modern bath room is to be shared with the third bed room which has two single beds (2,0m & 1,8m) and a ceiling fan. The is a moderne Scavolini kitchen and cooking island and from the living room there is access to the spacious terrasse through both the two big sliding doors. There is ceiling fan and floor fan's. Guest access You can park just in front or on the parking area just beside The View. The garden on the sea side and beside to the east is accessable for all guests of The View. There is a garden shower. Other things to note To be as green as possible we collect rainwater and have a 2600gallon/10m3 under the house. We use the water for cleaning of windows and for our garden sprinkler. We use Mother Sun to heat up for hot water, we have one solar panel for each apartment on the roof. Because of the soaring energy prices we have installed a meter on all our Air Con's instead of increasing our rental prices. There is 10kWh free usage/aircon/night included in the price. Additional usage of AC has to paid additional, the price pr/kwh is 50US¢. There is an electronic display which easily can be monitored about your usage.
