This modern home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,200 sq. ft. of comfortable living space. It includes stylish furnishings and décor, along with a fully stocked kitchen. The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with additional accommodations available using the air mattress and playpen. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. Other things to note Please check for any active fire bans or forest fire advisories before using the backyard fire pit, especially during dry conditions. Guests are responsible for ensuring fires are used safely and fully extinguished at all times. During dry summer months, the well water supply may become limited, so we kindly ask guests to conserve water whenever possible. Small efforts such as shorter showers and limiting unnecessary water use are greatly appreciated. Please note that the property operates on a private septic system. Only toilet paper should be flushed — please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or any other items, as they can cause damage to the system.
