Other things to note Please check for any active fire bans or forest fire advisories before using the backyard fire pit, especially during dry conditions. Guests are responsible for ensuring fires are used safely and fully extinguished at all times. During dry summer months, the well water supply may become limited, so we kindly ask guests to conserve water whenever possible. Small efforts such as shorter showers and limiting unnecessary water use are greatly appreciated. Please note that the property operates on a private septic system. Only toilet paper should be flushed — please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or any other items, as they can cause damage to the system. We also ask guests to be respectful when using the hot tub. Please keep the cover on when not in use, avoid bringing glass near the tub, and help us keep the water clean and enjoyable for everyone.
