This family friendly cozy getaway sleeps 15 on beds and offers extra plush couches for extra sleeping arrangements. -The property also includes a half bath downstairs in the master bedroom and a full bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs has a full bathroom as well as the basement level. -The kitchen (on the main level) has plenty of amenities, dining table seating 8 people (unextended and includes 2 additional leafs for 4 more people) and 2 extra barstool seating at the island. Plenty of serving and cooking utensils including a large pressure cooker. -(Basement stores an additional foldable 6’ table) The kitchen features wood cabinets, wood top stainless steel storage cabinet, plenty of eating utensils, cookware, and crystal wine glasses. -Special private parking from back of the house through the gates from Alley. (Must be requested ahead of time) -No electric car's to be charged from house, $30 charge would be added to the night stay if that would be found.
