Another cozy place near downtown

Very nice apartment, bright, ventilated and sunny in the morning. Wide view. Well equipped for everyday life, comfortable mattress and water heated by gas heater. The space Very well decorated, as shown in the photos. I take great care of the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment! Plenty of space in the cabinets, especially for long stays. Supermarket and restaurants very close in a safe neighborhood very close to the center. Guest access Pleasant common spaces for reading and resting. Building design with a lot of charm. Well-equipped gym room with easy check-in/out. Other things to note I like to provide the best stay for my guest. Communication is essential during the stay period, I will always be connected to assist you!!!
