We take guests’ privacy seriously and this is for safety purposes. The rules: - No shoes inside the house. We provide slippers at the entrance and they are cleaned before each stay - Trash collection is every Monday. On Sunday evening, please put trash in the corresponding bins. After they pick up on Monday, please kindly pull the bins back behind the gate. - No smoking of any type. No parties or events. No illegal activities on the property during the stay. Violation is subject to a mininum of $200 extra cleaning fee plus additional fees for any damages caused by the activity. - No extra guests are allowed beyond the stated number in the reservation. Any undisclosed additional guest or pet will incur a fee of $100 per day per guest/pet. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am PST.
