Its cozy style, private garden, and beautiful shared outdoor spaces will provide you with a comfortable nature getaway. The space The accommodation is spread over two levels plus a mezzanine and covers approximately 75 m². On the ground floor, you'll find the entrance leading to a living room furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a pouf, a coffee table, and an UHD smart TV. Next, there is a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area with a table for six people, perfect for enjoying convivial meals. You’ll also have access to the private garden and a restroom. On the second floor, there are two very comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a sink, a large shower, and a toilet. The master bedroom also includes a mezzanine, accessible via a miller's ladder, featuring a bright space with a desk, perfect for working in peace. On request and before your reservation, this mezzanine can be converted into an additional sleeping area with a foldaway bed. Outside the house, you'll have a private garden to enjoy sunny days. You can also relax in the garden chairs, the hammock, or the hanging chairs in the shared spaces and enjoy a moment of tranquility. Two outdoor dining areas are available. A barbecue is also available upon reservation, with all the necessary tools (dishes, utensils, etc.). A parking space is available in the inner courtyard if needed. Guest access Located in the southern part of Seine-et-Marne, Larchant is a charming village that delights nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, and fans of heritage and culture. The village developed around its magnificent church, which was an important pilgrimage site in the Middle Ages and a stop on the Way of Saint James. This Gothic-style church, dedicated to the famous Saint Mathurin, the healer of the insane, was built by the builders of the Notre-Dame-de-Paris chapter. The Larchant marsh nature reserve, caves adorned with prehistoric engravings, and the Commanderie forest make the village a truly exceptional place. The village features an organic café-grocery offering various local products and a wonderful restaurant at the edge of the forest. Within less than a 10-minute drive, you’ll find two supermarkets, a bakery, a post office, a butcher, and other shops. The Saint-Pierre-Les-Nemours train station is 12 minutes away and is served by the R line, which also goes to Gare de Lyon in Paris. Other things to note For your comfort, the house is heated by default to a maximum temperature of 19 degrees during autumn and winter. Please let us know in advance if you require any temperature adjustments for your stay. The inner courtyard is not suitable for utility or long vehicles. If this applies to you, please consult us before booking to confirm the possibility of parking in the courtyard. You can also park outside, in front of the building. Parking is available on the sidewalk or in the village parking lot, located 500 meters from the house. Please note that the barbecue area and shared garden are also accessible and available to guests staying in our neighboring rental property. Any use of the barbecue equipment requires prior reservation and a supplemental fee of €60. This amount includes cleaning of the reserved equipment, a supply of charcoal, and all necessary utensils and dishes for cooking and enjoying your meal. The barbecue can only be used between 12 PM and 6 PM. Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children under 12 years old. The staircase leading to the second floor has 15 steps.
