Centrally located studio

The studio is the full downstairs of our family home that has its own entrance. It has a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa with Direct TV and free WiFi. You are able to connect your personal entertainment accounts through an Apple TV. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge/freezer and a Kuerig with tea, hot cocoa and plenty of coffee. Relax in the large outdoor yard that is private from neighbors and a great space to enjoy the Alaskan summer. While we are respectful and work to be quiet, there is the potential for some noise from the upstairs. We ask for quiet times between 10 PM - 7 AM. Please contact us if your check in is after 10PM so we can accommodate your request. We also ask for no parties or continuous traffic in and out of the unit after 10PM. There is no smoking of any kind in the studio, which includes vaping or dope. We are located in a quiet close-knit family neighborhood that is directly off the main road to many Mat-Su Valley attractions. Nearby attractions are the Colony House Museum, Alaska State Fairgrounds, Reindeer Farm, Transportation Museum, Iditarod Headquarters and numerous lakes and hiking trails.
