Behind the house, you will have access to the private pool (12 x 6 m) with views of the valley, to be shared with the owners (from June to September). Capacity: 1 bedroom/living room (140 bed with new bedding (balanced to firm support) + 1 baby bed and high chair available), 1 large bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 equipped kitchenette (with 2 induction cooktops, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and some basic groceries), 50-inch flat-screen TV connected via Ethernet with individual decoder, heating. Services and amenities: Garden with barbecue, garden furniture in front of the studio. Behind the house, private swimming pool (12 x 6 m) to share with the owners, with deckchairs and parasols (from June to September). 95 cm water height at the lowest, and + 2 m at the highest. Free Wi-Fi and wired internet connection. Linens and towels provided for stays of 2 nights or more. Kitchen and household linens are provided, as are cleaning products. Pets not allowed. Booking from one night all year round, except during July and August (2 nights minimum). Guest access Entrance through a private corridor from the courtyard, then access to the studio by two steps (ground floor raised by 2 steps = NOT ACCESSIBLE to Persons with Reduced Mobility).
