The Nest offers a unique opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We are excited to welcome you to our cabin! The space Step inside and be greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance of the open-concept living area. The cozy living room features a stone fireplace, perfect for snuggling up with a good book or sharing stories with friends and family. Large windows provide abundant natural light and showcase the stunning panoramic views that change with the seasons. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities and offers a delightful space to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Gather around the wooden dining table to enjoy your culinary creations while overlooking the picturesque landscape. The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Upstairs in the primary master bedroom, featuring a plush king-sized bed, en suite bathroom with walk in shower and private patio with black out curtains to help you sleep. Upstairs loft comes with arcade games, fun for the whole family. The second bedroom offers another plush king-size bed with large TV. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin-sized bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Step outside onto the spacious deck and breathe in the crisp mountain air. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise paint the sky. The deck features a barbecue grill and sitting area with propane fire pit. IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW. **THE DRIVEWAY IS A BIT STEEP, ESPECIALLY IN THE WINTER MONTHS, TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTION!!!** If you’re visiting during cold months, snow can make driving and access to the house challenging. An all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is required during the winter months when snow is present. Please be cautious and gracious as snow removal does not happen immediately. The Nest is not child-proof, the stairs can be somewhat steep. No smoking/vaping inside the house, you will be charged $300 if found. No pets/animals allowed unless pre-arranged with owner. If non-authorized pet is found an additional $300 will be charged. Please be aware the closest grocery store is in Flagstaff (about 20 mins away). Bring groceries with you if you don't want to venture out once here. Instacart may be availably with select groceries stores. Please let us know if any essentials are missing. Our goal is to make this a 5-Star stay for you. Guest access Access will be at the front door via smart lock and keypad. Other things to note Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement prior to check in. Guest will not have access to the garage so please plan accordingly. TPT 21525917
