The space We are pleased to present our charming year-round holiday cottage in Smolnik, near Lutowiska, located in a picturesque and quiet corner. This cozy cottage has two bedrooms upstairs with two single beds and a spacious open kitchen connected to a cozy living room, where a comfortable fold-out double bed is also available. On the ground floor, there is an elegantly decorated bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen encourages you to prepare delicious meals. The garden around the cottage is surrounded by a fence, providing intimacy, and access to a picturesque stream and a charming forest allows for moments of rest among nature. This magical place is the fruit of the heart and commitment of our wonderful hostess, Ewa, who has been taking care of our guests since 2018. Formerly known as "Chatyna nad Potokiem", now under the name Siwy Dom, it cordially invites all those who are thirsty for rest. Guest access The main entrance and parking are located at the hostess's house. Below, there is a passage and entrance to the Gray House, with a charming gate. The entire area of the property is fenced, providing an additional sense of privacy and security during your stay.
