The biggest of 3 beautiful designed mezzanines, located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, in the heart of stunning Nusa Dua only 10 minutes drive from the beach. Choose between having breakfast by the villa complex shared pool lounge beds, or head straight to the beach for a dive in the Indian Ocean. At the end of the day, you can go to Jimbaran beach for the sunset, and choose to have dinner in one of the many restaurants on the beach front, feeling the sand below your feet :) The space Our interior design is tropical inspired contemporary style with special attention to detail. Although we have given our best to make it as comfortable and beautiful as possible we are always happy to receive tips from our guests on how to keep improving. Guest access Pool area and garden are permanently available to guests with no restrictions besides the silent hours. Other things to note Bali is a magical place, a place of enchantment, where Hindu temples meet lush jungles and the crystal-clear ocean. But as you embark on your journey to this tropical paradise, we kindly ask you to consider the following essential details: 1. Weather conditions: Rainy season in Bali starts around mid-October and lasts until late March (but not exclusively) and may bring heavy rainfall and the possibility of thunderstorms. During this time, some roads may become muddy or flooded. 2. Harmony with Nature: Please remember that you are staying in Bali and like in most tropical areas, you may encounter critters like frogs, geckos, house geckos, caterpillars, and insects like mosquitos, ants, beetles, cicadas, etc. None of these critters are harmful to humans and they are part of the natural environment. Don't forget that we are the invaders, not them 😊 * Additionally, we strongly recommend keeping the food in the fridge to avoid tempting these little visitors, as we have no control over their persistent search for food. 3. Essential Services: Please be aware that living in Bali it’s possible to experience occasional power outages and spotty internet connection, particularly during the rainy weather, which is entirely beyond our control. We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens, but we want you to be aware of the possibility in advance. If the power goes out, often the water is connected. These services are typically restored in a couple of hours. Here we live in a laidback circumstance & vibe 😊 * Amenities Update: Occasionally, amenity issues may arise due to frequent guest use. Please rest assured that these situations are considered normal and not due to negligence. We are ready to address and resolve any amenity-related concerns promptly. * Our pool is not heated as we live here in tropical climate (pretty much +30 Celsius) year around. It is not with salty water as that is not common in Bali. * Linen and towels are usually changed every 5 days. Please keep in mind that, unlike hotels, we are unable to change it every day for logistical reasons since we are using outside laundry service, like most other villas in Bali. Besides, we like to take care of our planet as much as possible, it’s the only one we have! 😊 Welcome to Nusa Dua!
