Perfect for FEMALES & LGBTQ+. This is a very female friendly space. The space The flat is a 2 storey flat ( maisonette ) , all bedrooms are on the first floor. Flat itself is on the 1st floor, NO LIFT. This is a shared space, you will share the space with myself and potentially other guests. ROOM The room has been newly refurbished! Room is generous size with built- in wardrobe with darkening curtains. A table with 2 chairs for work and having a meal. Double bed with beautiful luxurious cotton bedding. Towel & bathroom amenities ( body soap, shampoo, conditioner) and many more amenities. Extra pillows, blanket available. Lock on door : locks from inside the room only KITCHEN Guests will have their own kitchen cupboard with amenities : plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, chopping boards, kitchen towel. French press, salt & pepper, tea. Please note kitchen is be used only for quick use, heating up food or tea and coffee. Guests can have their food in the their rooms. BATHROOM 1 Bathroom with bathtub, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner all provided. 1 Toilet ( WC) fully equipped with bidet,wet wipes and toilet paper WIFI High speed wifi PARKING Parking available as little as £10 per day. Free parking on the weekends and between 5.30pm- 8am on weekdays. AREA Plenty of supermarkets close by, corner shops, restaurants, pubs. A cinema just opposite the street, UK's best independent art house cinema. Trendy areas are all within walking distance; Whitechapel Gallery, Spitalfields Market, Broadway Market and Hackney are within walking distance. Tate Modern is a short 25 mins walk . Tottenham Court Road ( city centre ) is 7 mins via tube. Above all happy to share some laughs, chats. But also respect each other's space. Other things to note You will share the space with me and other guests, this is a shared space. I love hosting so want to accommodate my guests & recommend the best spots in town. Please respect and follow house manual/ house rules. Please note only only booked guests are allowed access to property. CHECK-IN // Check-in is between 4pm (16:00) -7pm (19:00) in person. Please PROVIDE A SET TIME for check-in , in advance before arrival. Check-in is in person. This is a must! Please consider any delays, travel etc into your journey before setting an exact time of arrival. Ensure communication if facing delays, so to make further new arrangements.
