Come and relax or engage in sports activities. After beautiful walks by the water or long bike rides, the Nordic bath and heated pool will relax you. The space Old family barn, independent, located in the quiet countryside, 14 km from Nort-sur-Erdre, 25 km from Châteaubriant and Ancenis. It is also in the immediate vicinity of many hiking trails and the famous Rigole Alimentaire, 1 km from Lake Vioreau (water activities in season), 8 km from Forges de Moisdon (restaurant on site) and 18 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal. Enclosed garden of 2500 m² with wooden terrace to the south and courtyard with seating area to the north. Available: heated indoor pool from early March to late November (7.5 x 4 m), Nordic bath (wood provided), portico and darts. Ground floor: spacious and bright living room/kitchen, separate living room, 2 bedrooms (1: 160 x 200 cm bed and private bathroom/toilet, 2: 4 90 x 200 cm beds and open private bathroom), separate toilet and laundry. Floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90 x 200, 2: 3 beds 90 x 200), bathroom (bath + shower), separate toilet and mezzanine with foosball. Small outbuilding on the property with extra beds (2 beds 160 x 200) and separate toilet (entrance door height 1.65 m). Facilities included: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, baby bed/chair.
