Your group will love this super cute home decorated to perfection in a peaceful rural area close to Dauphin Island beaches, Bellingraph Gardens, Mobile AL and the MS beaches and Casinos. Just minutes from I-10. You can enjoy grilling in the spacious yard and relaxing on the covered patio. This home will be a perfect place for a great getaway or vacation! From time to time you can see bunnies and rabbits in the yard! The space This home is fully stocked with all you need for a great stay! We provide all you need for cooking meals, all linens, a coffee station, full sized washer and dryer, starter supplies like soap and shampoo, dish and laundry pods, and paper supplies. The furnishings and super nice and very comfortable! We have provided two smart TVs and internet. You will absolutely love it here! Guest access You will have full, private access to the entire home and yard plus plenty of free parking! Other things to note Small dogs are negotiable with prior notice and a $50 one time dog fee. Please cover the couch to avoid dog hair and please keep your furry friend off of the beds. Guests must be at least 25 to book and please no parties or large gatherings of any type without prior permission and please no smoking of any type inside the house. We do not accept cats. We provide smart TVs and internet. You will have access to many free apps but you will need to use your subscriptions for apps that need to be paid for.
