You'll have a comfortable and convenient stay in this garden town house, just a 5 minute flat walk to Darling station on the Glen Waverley line. Trains run regularly to the city (20 mins) and Southern Cross station so you can easily access Tullamarine Airport within about an hour. Tram 6 is about a 15 minute walk from here. You'll be sharing my home with myself and a friendly 2 year old cocker spaniel doggie. Access to a fenced and secure garden courtyard, outdoor dining with BBQ. The space There are 2 bedrooms available, 1 with queen bed and the 2nd with a king single bed. The downstairs bathroom is available for your exclusive use during your stay. Please note additional charge for 3 guests utilising both rooms. Do specify which room/s you require when booking. Also be aware I have a medium size friendly dog who has access to indoors/outside and sleeps inside. My home is also very close to many beautiful parks and a walking/cycling trail that runs through to the city with exclusive bike paths. MCG, Rod Laver Arena, AAMI Stadium and the Tennis centre can be accessed by train to Richmond station which takes about 15 minutes on the train (then walking 10-15 mins). The Albert Park Grand Prix track can be accessed by tram 6 to the new Anzac Station. There are a couple of local coffee shops, a liquor shop and a small neighbourhood wine bar and a 7-11 nearby. It's a 20 minute walk to a more substantial shopping strip on Waverley Road. Glenferrie Road, Malvern and High Street, Armadale are an 8 minute drive from here. Alternatively you can access both via Tram 6 from corner Malvern Road & High Street (about a 15 minute flat walk). Guest access My home is 2 levels but the upstairs level is not available to guests. Shared spaces include kitchen, laundry, dining room and outdoors. The downstairs lounge is available for your use but being open plan does mean it is not exclusively private. During your stay Flexible but can provide space for guests as preferred. Other things to note The property is quite close to the train line, very convenient for travellers without a car, but if you are a particularly light sleeper this may not be the ideal space for you with trains running quite late and starting up around 5am. Please consider before booking. Also there is no on site parking. Parking will be on street is limited but untimed.
