Cleaning is included in the price The space 45 m2 for the cottage and an additional 90 m2 for the wellness area (pool house and space) The air-conditioned gîte consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower room with toilet and washer-dryer. The gîte can accommodate a maximum of 4 people: a double bed and a comfortable sofa that can easily be converted into a double bed because all the duvets, sheets and pillows are in the storage space of the daybed. Guest access All the accommodation and wellness area is private. You'll also have a private outdoor area Other things to note The wellness area is composed of: - a swimming pool heated to 28° in autumn and winter and then to 29/30° in spring and summer - a jacuzzi constantly heated between 36 and 38° - a sauna that can reach 70° In the fall and winter, the ambient temperature is 20°. It will be increased to 22°C when using the pool. In spring and summer, the temperature will naturally increase. As with any pool, it is strongly recommended to take a warm shower before entering the pool so as not to feel the temperature difference. The use of the Jacuzzi and sauna before the use of the pool is not recommended to avoid a feeling of coolness when entering the pool. In general: QR codes on the wall of the wellness area will give you videos for the use of the pool, spa and sauna😃. The only instruction requested is to close the shutter of the pool and jacuzzi after use 🙂 (to avoid humidity in the gîte) and not to forget to remove the cosmetics beforehand☺️. Body treatments are done in the shower. You can open the veranda roof hatches to regulate the heat if necessary🙂. Regarding waste sorting, glass should be placed next to the outdoor ashtray👍. The toilets are macerating toilets, it is imperative to only put toilet paper in them. Any other waste must be put in the trash can right next to it, otherwise the system will be blocked. Finally, the tranquility of the place is important. In particular, the soundproofing of the veranda is not very good, it is important to remember this (shouting or loud music).
