Check in - 2:00pm Check out - before 11:00am Early check in & late check out depends on availability and/or at extra cost. 👉🏻The apartment is architecturally designed by the host and is quite new with ample natural light and minimal interiors. 👉🏻It is located on the first floor accessible by stairs only. 👉🏻The space can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. 👉🏻It is in close proximity to shops, restaurants, offices, hospitals and transportation means. A place where you can work or unwind. ⭐️ The DINING area is open, overlooking the sitout/BALCONY. ⭐️ The KITCHEN is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, rice cooker, kettle, RO water filter, basic cooking utensils, cutlery, dinnerware, basic cooking items along with tea, coffee. ⭐️ BEDROOM - 1 has large windows (with blackout curtains), closed cupboards, queen size bed, attached BATHROOM and attached BALCONY with a SWING. ⭐️BEDROOM - 2 also has a queen size bed, closed cupboards, blackout curtains and access to common BATHROOM. ⭐️ Both the Bathrooms are provided with soap, dental kit & bath towels. Guest access Guests can access the entire unit on the first floor through stairs and the assigned parking space for car/bike. Other things to note Please make sure to make a note of the following : ID PROOF : As per government norms we request you to produce id proof with photo after booking confirmation. ID proof of all guests is required at the time of check-in. PARKING : Free covered parking for car/bike inside the premises in a designated area. CLEANING : Cleaning services will be provided based on request for short stays and will be charged 250rs. For stays longer than 7 days, full cleaning will be done once a week free of cost. Although, kindly wash the dishes everyday before you leave. Extra linen will be provided for long term stays. ELECTRICITY : The apartment has 24 hours power backup with an inverter incase of power outage. Please make sure to switch off everything (except fridge & RO) while stepping out. There is a 1.5 tonne split Ac provided in both the bedrooms. EXTRA GUEST : Early check-in and late check out is subject to availability and at extra cost. Extra guest should be informed prior and will be charged extra. SMOKING: Smoking & illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside and outside the apartment. Charge equivalent to one night’s tariff will apply if found so. PETS, PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC not allowed. FOOD: Breakfast or other meals are not provided. Hotels like Kamatchi Mess, Sangeetha are close by to access. Swiggy, zomato, zepto deliver at your doorstep. You can use the well equipped kitchen and fridge to prepare your meals. Some quick snacks are provided as part of the welcome basket. We request you to treat the house as your home and leave and place clean and unchanged for the next guests.
