Cute cottage at Lac Simon!

🏡 Welcome to Chalet Mignon – your rustic retreat on the shores of beautiful Lac-Simon! This Cute Chalet welcomes small families and nature lovers. This haven of peace, far from the road, will fill you with tranquility with its amenities. Located 50 minutes from Mont-Tremblant, 60 minutes from Gatineau and 1 hour 40 minutes from Montreal, it will delight lovers of swimming, kayaking and pedal boating as well as winter sports enthusiasts (skating, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding). Reserved for ages 30 and over. The space DURING THE SUMMER, my cottage is only available FRIDAY TO FRIDAY only. My cottage is all the most comfortable and welcoming. You will feel at home here. The view of the lake (a few meters away, right in front of you) is sublime! I never get tired of this view, since I was born...! The 3 bedrooms (small): one bedroom with a queen bed and 2 bedrooms with a double bunk bed with a single bed. The kitchen: everything you need to cook (raclette pan, fondue dish) and everything that is expected from a kitchen (dishwasher too!). Convenient small bathroom with a cabin shower. Two floors of "lounges" to allow you a nice relaxation. The light enters everywhere! Guest access The chalet is 100% yours! A mini-golf course, two tennis courts, a basketball court and a petanque game are a 3-minute walk from the chalet! An excellent snack bar (Terrasse l'Intersection on FB) is a 1-minute walk from the chalet! A children's amusement park is a 3-minute drive from the chalet! Other things to note This family chalet is surrounded by happiness and peace. I've been coming here since I was born! You will be at home, at our home! During the SUMMER PERIOD, my chalet is only available from FRIDAY TO FRIDAY. Our neighbors are family and we want to stay on good terms :-) No noisy parties. NO TOLERANCE AT THIS LEVEL.
