Cozy Country Home

Cozy home in the country but still close enough to town. Our home is located in Montgomery Co, Tennessee and is just across the border of Guthrie, Kentucky. It's a very peaceful, country setting that allows you to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of town. Only 15-20 minutes from I-24, exit 4. The space Our home is located on 2 acres, off a country road, surrounded by farmland, trees and animals. Panoramic views from both the front porch and back deck. Plenty of yard to walk or play in. There is a second smaller home on the property that is being rented. The couple who live there does the maintenance of the property and are available if needed. Deer are a frequent sighting at our home. Deer roam the fields around us and occasionally you will see them in the yard. They are beautiful to watch... that being said, be careful traveling the road to our house, especially at dusk. We've seen many deer on the road day and night. Guest access This a 2 level home.
