The unit is spacious with lots of natural light overlooking the city and is one of the biggest one-bedroom unit within the community. Our modern minimalist home is centrally located with a direct bridgeway to SM North Edsa, the world's third-largest mall. Enjoy easy access to over 800 shops and 200 restaurants! Guest access Enjoy our keyless entry system into our unit. No need to worry about losing your keys! Entire unit is yours to enjoy during your stay with access to POOLS and lobby spaces to meet your guests. ONLY authorized guests can use the pools and enter the building as per property management rules and regulations. Amenities: 👉 Parking: While your booking doesn't include a dedicated parking space, paid parking is available onsite (first-come, first-served). If it's full, the nearby mall offers convenient parking options. 👉Pool & More: To enjoy the pool and other amenities, visit the Tower 5 P2 Admin office with your Visitor Authorization Form to pay the applicable fees. There is a fee of Php150/guest on regular days and Php300/guest on holidays. Subject to change by the Admin office. The space can comfortably sleep up to 3 adults but may accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 small children. 👉We encourage booking at least 2 business days before your arrival date to provide ample time to process required building entry permit with the Admin office. Quiet hours are strictly required from 10pm to 6am. NO pets please. STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, and NO DRUG USE INSIDE the unit. Additional fees will be charged at check-out if reported.
