Lovely Flat in Old Monastery - perfect for two

Welcome to my renovated & bright apartment! In historical building in backstreet of the city center, without any car traffic to bother you! The apartment is clean and prepared for any travelers’ needs. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment, and metro station Karlovo Náměstí is only 3 mins away by foot! There many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops around. If you come by car, ask me about availabilty of parking  in a courtyard - 20€/day. And yes, we have Wi-Fi internet ;) The space BUILDING - Our newly furnished apartment (finished 2024) is situated on the 2nd floor of the historical building  which is cultural heritage and used to be monastery. We have small reception downstairs in the building where we are some hours every day to say hello usually around 2PM, otherwise we will send you keybox instructions on arrival day. Street is very quiet without any traffic, so that nothing could disturb you in the night. There is no elevator, but it is just few stairs higher to the apartment. Guest access DISPOSITION and EQUIPMENT - Apartment consists of entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom features queen bed (180 cm wide), comfortable big sofa, flat screen SMART TV: 55” HD LED, with internet access and HDMI connection. The kitchen features dishwasher, glass ceramic cooking plate and microwave as well as the refrigerator. It is stocked with all cook and glassware you may need and electric kettle. High speed WiFi is of course there. Also there for your free use: french press, coffee, sugar, salt&pepper, cotton towels. Space in the entrance area is available for storing your luggage. Flat also contains iron, ironing board etc. Other essentials include: hair dryer, all the linens, towels, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper.
