The space Property is quiet and serene. Lots of outdoor and indoor activities nearby. We are less than an hour from all of Central Florida's main attractions. The property is under construction and we have several more tiny houses in progress so keep an eye on how we are changing. Come stay with us regularly and enjoy our growth with us! Guest access We have two electric gates. To access the first gate you use the keypad on the left side of the driveway. Call us and we will open the second gate for you and provide you a fob for the gates while you are here. We have plenty of parking. Other things to note Pets are allowed, but due to previous learning experiences we charge a $40 clean up fee for pets This fee should be included in your reservation if you said you had a pet, and $20 per day that will be charged upon arrival because there is no way to add it to the reservation. Fresian Love.......Beautiful horses to pet, groom, and love for rent. Give them treats or a drink from the garden hose while bathing them. Enjoy petting them while they munch grass or eat treats from your hand. Relaxing and peaceful, takes your mind "to a better place"; we think it's better than goat yoga for the mind , body and soul! The Friesian (also Frizian) is a horse breed originating in Friesland, in the Netherlands. Although the conformation of the breed resembles that of a light draught horse, Friesians are graceful and nimble for their size. It is believed that during the Middle Ages, ancestors of Friesian horses were in great demand as war horses throughout continental Europe. Through the Early Middle Ages and High Middle Ages, their size enabled them to carry a knight in armour. In the Late Middle Ages, heavier, draught type animals were needed. Though the breed nearly became extinct on more than one occasion, the modern day Friesian horse is growing in numbers and popularity, used both in harness and under saddle. We have a S'More pit, Swamp Buggy, small playground and Ninja course (zip-line coming soon), large pavilion for parties and weddings, farm animals, golf carts, meal packages, gun range, bike and canoe rental with Withlacoochee River and state park with trails less than a mile away.
