Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The space Approximately 700 square feet of comfy country design. This open space consists of a King bed and a seating area, which has a small sofa with pull-out bed. Large TV with DirectTV programming. Full bath with two sinks. Kitchenette with coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, hot plate and mini refrigerator. Amenities include front porch sitting area overlooking several wooded acres; and a backyard fire pit (firewood included). You can also enjoy a small treehouse where you can sit up high and take in the view of the entire property and its bountiful nature while enjoying your favorite beverage. Guest access You have a private entrance and the entire unit and front porch is yours. There is no shared indoor space. Outside areas behind the home, including the firepit and treehouse are shared spaces. Other things to note The home is split into three private units. The owner and his wife live in their private unit in the middle of the home and there is another private AirBnB unit on the right-side of the home (check out Boone's Farm Retreat on AirBnB). Each unit has its own private entrance. The house is set up so that guests of each unit enjoy their own privacy, and feeling of seclusion from their respective patio/porch areas, as well as enjoy excellent sound proofing and feeling of privacy while indoors. The property is named after our sweet dog, Boone. There are also two other dogs of the property--Annie and Pappi, that you will see in some of the photos. Even though Pappi and Boone have passed, we have kept their photos in the listing, to honor their memory, especially so that you can see photos of our beloved Boone whom the farm is named after. Annie is still running around the property occasionally and she would love to meet you. Kitchenette: The kitchenette area is well equipped! includes a smaller but decent size fridge with freezer, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven. Cooking essentials are provided so that hot meals can be prepared during your stay. The dual sink area is conveniently located in between the bathroom and the kitchenette, which makes getting water for coffee or washing dishes just as convenient as a full kitchen.
