The space Welcome to my beautiful 14th floor apartment in stunning Main Beach, one of the most sought-after coastal destinations. Recent Cyclone Alfred did take away some sand but it's already being replenished. Beach access is from Breaker Street - no problem! The living area - boasting an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen - has been thoughtfully designed to be the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the surroundings or lazing on the beach. It has a large Smart TV with all the usual Apps ready to use. The bedroom is furnished to offer a peaceful sanctuary for a restful night's sleep with a king size bed, ceiling fan, electric blinds and walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, rail shower head (adjustable height) in the semi-frameless shower, and full sized bath. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply enjoy a morning coffee. But, as much as you may not want to leave the apartment because you love it so much, I highly recommend trying the great restaurants you’ll find within walking distance. Allocated on-site basement car parking is included. Guest access Step outside onto either of the private balconies, where you can soak up the Queensland sunshine and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. With a charming outdoor seating area, it's the perfect spot to admire the stunning views or simply relax with a book. Additionally, this apartment complex offers fantastic amenities for guests to enjoy. Relax in the indoor heated pool, unwind in the heated spa or sauna, or stay active in the gym or on the tennis court. There is also a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and spa with poolside lounges and umbrellas. Other things to note There is a separate laundry which has a washer, dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board for your convenience. All linen items are supplied - sheets, duvet, blankets, bath and beach towels. Secure dedicated parking included in the basement of the building. All this across the road from a life-guard patrolled beach. The apartment is actually a two bedroom home, the second bedroom and bathroom will be locked. You will have the main bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for children, hence the limit of 2 people to occupy.
