The space It is an enclosure of about 9,000 square meters, in which there are 2 separate houses each with its own plot of land and private garden. The recreation areas, swimming pool and barbecue are common areas for the two houses. I go through the common areas daily to clean the pool and feed the ducks that live in a pond inside the enclosure. Guest access The playground, swimming pool, and barbecue are common areas. Other things to note Accommodation description and general rules: If you are looking for a few days of tranquility in the countryside but next to the village, this is the ideal place. 2 minutes from the village by car (10 minutes walk), about 1 hour from the Sierra de Segura, the Valle del Rio Tus and the source of the Rio Mundo, 40 minutes from the Albacete and Ayna Speed Circuit, half an hour from Lietor and 10 minutes from Tolmo de Minateda. A house with two double bedrooms, a full kitchen with appliances (except an oven), a bathroom with a shower, a fireplace, a swimming pool, a barbecue grill... There is Wi-Fi in both the house and the pool area. We have board games and children's books for the little ones. Pets are allowed as long as they are well-trained, do not get on the couch or beds, and are not allowed to bathe in the pool. The enclosure is fenced, with plenty of outdoor space for both children and pets to run and play safely. In the enclosure there is a pond with ducks (fenced), which the children can help feed if they feel like it. The pool area is enclosed with a wall around it so that there is no danger of children entering without parental supervision and to avoid accidents. In the pool area there is a barbecue, a porch with a kitchen, microwave, electric iron, air fryer, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, a bar with sink and a full bathroom with shower. The use of the pool is exclusively for the people staying in the house. You cannot bring guests without prior consultation. An extra price per person will be charged, and it will only be for the day. You must leave the premises before the end of the day. In no case will you stay overnight in the premises without prior notice. Parties are strictly forbidden. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the cabin. The cabin sleeps 4 in the double bedrooms plus a fifth sofa bed. We also have 2 very large tents set up in case you need space for more guests and to be able to sleep camping, especially for children who love the experience! (Recommended in summer, the rest of the year it is quite cold at night, although they are set up all year round. You can see the tents in the photos.)
