Guest access Just off Bicester road/A41 which has a direct route to Bicester/M40 or Aylesbury Town centre. Although there’s no on-site parking, free street parking is available, and we're happy to offer our driveway for one car if needed. For motorbikes 🏍 we have 2 free slots in locked garage. Guests have full access to our property, to ensure they have a home away from home experience. House rules: Maximum 4 guests, no parties, quiet hours between 22:00 - 07:00, no-smoking and no pets allowed. Please note that failure to comply with house rules will result in immediate termination of your stay and you will be asked to leave the property.
