Enjoy the spectacular view of the great outdoors with comfort inside your private quarters During the stay, you may enjoy fishing, boating and other water activities, have fun at the casino or play golf. Take advantage of our guidebook and plan your getaway with great dinning and fun things to do in the area. The space A full size bedroom with lakeview window and access private walkout to backyard. Closets, drawers and all the essentials, utensils, iron and etc. One of the best view rooms on the lower level of our facility with designated parking spot. Guest access OWNER'S quarters on the top floor and main floor living room are off limits. GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO NATURAL GAS BBQ, THE MAIN DECK, BASEMENT COMMON AREAS, PATIOS, SWING CHAIR, FIREPIT, DESIGNATED PARKING, FULL KITCHEN, PRIVATE WATERFRONT, PRIVATE DOCKS AND RECREATIONAL EQUIPPMENTS. During your stay I will not be at the cottage most of the time. My parents lives at the cottage, and they will be the ones who takes care of the property and guests whenever needed. Andy(my dad) is not very fluent in English, but he can handle daily easy communication. Guests can text if there is any question during the stay. Other things to note Welcome to Our Property We have two main buildings on the premises: the Lakehouse, situated by the parking lot, and the Boathouse, located on the lake. Accommodations: The Lakehouse offers seven guest rooms/suites: Suites 1-4 are in the walkout basement. Suites 5-7 are on the main floor. The Boathouse is a single detached unit right on the lake. If your preferred dates are unavailable for one room, please check my profile for other available rooms. Additional amenities: wifi complementary PLEASE OBEY HOUSE RULES!!!! Failure to comply will result in cancellation 1. No BBQ after dark. BBQ stations will be closed after sundown. 2. Guests must vacate the room (unit) by 12 noon on the check-out date. 3. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home (unit). 4 . Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit, or an additional charge may apply. 5. Early check-ins must notify the host in advance. 6. Meals are not included in the booking. Takeout and dining options are available in the area; check our guidebook for details. 7. Please do not throw any garbage or waste into the toilet. It may cause blockages, which will be fixed at the guest's expense. 8. No pets, parties, or drugs are permitted on the premises. 9. The garbage collection schedule must be followed. 10. Laundry hours must be followed. 11. Be respectful to other guests. No loud noises after 10 pm. COVID19 RULES( suspended ) PRACTICE HANDWASHING BEFORE AND AFTER ENTERING THE PROPERTY AND YOUR UNITS. PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING AND USE OF PPE WHENEVER PRACTICAL. WASH YOUR OWN DISHES OR USE YOUR OWN PAPER PLATES AND CUTLERY FOR EVERY MEAL. FOR GUEST SUITES THAT CONTAINS A SMALL FRIDGE, DO NOT STORE FOOD IN THE GUEST KITCHEN. HOST KITCHENNETT ON THE MAIN LEVEL IS OFF LIMITS. FOR COVID19 SEASON NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH ANY PPE LET US KNOW WHAT WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH.
