ID is required for building registration. The space Enjoy the comforts of home in our modern, and bright home that offers a stunning view of the city. An ideal place for solo travelers, couples, friends, and working professionals! The open-concept kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need to make a basic meal. The living area has a comfy couch where you can curl up with a good movie. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and is equipped with a comfortable mattress. From the bedroom, there is a sliding door that leads to the balcony. The views from our private balcony are breathtaking as you have visibility of the gorgeous city skyline and beautiful Lake Ontario! For those who are working while here, there is also a dedicated workspace setup in the bedroom with a desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1.5 Gbps for you to use! An ensuite stacked washer and dryer and a 50" Smart TV are all provided during your stay! Looking forward to hosting you! The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna, are all on the mezzanine level. *There is no free parking space provided in this unit but there are several paid parking options nearby: 55 / 65 Bremner (1-min walk) 16 York (3-min walk) 208 Queens Queens Quay (4-min walk) -There is secure underground 24/7 Impark parking garage across the street at 15 York Street for 20 to 30 dollars a day. * Tenant registration is required in the building.
