My charming 100m2 home with free parking is ideally located in the heart of historical Lisbon: 5 min away from beautiful Chiado & Bairro Alto, 5 min away from trendy São Bento, 10 min away from fancy Principe Real and 5 min away from buzzing Cais do Sodré and the city waterfront! No need to think about renting a car or using the subway, you will just want to walk everywhere! Welcome to Lisbon, welcome home! The space My home is located in the heart of the Bica neighborhood, hidden in a small and quiet street. It’s a very charming area, as only residents can drive their car in this historic part of the city! The sun shines all day long in this traditional building entirely renovated in 2016, which makes my home very bright, peaceful and relaxing. You will just want to walk everywhere, all the beautiful places to visit and yummy cafes/restaurants are around here! About my home: it’s a 100m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, a cute balcony, a bright and fully furnished kitchen, a spacious living room with TV, and a bathroom with a shower + toilet. Towels and linens are provided, as well as shampoo and soap. There is a hair dryer too! Free parking is available upon request. It is located in another building just in front of my apartment inside a private car park under surveillance, with elevator. Please note that there is no elevator in the building, and read the house rules thoroughly before booking. Guest access My home is your home, you can access all spaces of the apartment! I always try to offer a free early check in or late check out when possible, if it fits with my cleaning lady’s schedule and my past/future guests travel plans. However, if you want to secure an early check in or late checkout, I kindly invite you to book the night before or after your stay. Thank you!
