The space Here's what our Airbnb offers: * We have 3 bedrooms in total, with two located on the second floor and available for guests. The third room is used for owner storage. * For sleeping arrangements, 1 bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, and the 2nd large room is equipped with a spacious bunk bed (3pax capacity), providing sleeping space for up to 7 guests. For any additional guests beyond the initial 7, we provide complimentary single and double-sized floor mattresses. * Each guest bedroom is fitted with a split-type air conditioner for your comfort, and our shared spaces are equipped with stand fans and ceiling fans. * The main kitchen is conveniently located on the ground floor. However, for your ease, the second level also has a dining table, a washing sink, a kettle, and coffee cups, so you don't always need to go downstairs. Our Airbnb has a stable internet connection and a Netflix & Prime accounts. If there are only 2 guests, only one bedroom will be open - the one with an attached bathroom. But guests are still free to use the other bathroom (2nd level) Guests are required to close the gate of the Airbnb house most of the time, as the host refrains from entering the gated property while guests are staying to maintain their privacy. Other things to note The host must be informed if the guest will go home after 11 PM. Please wash all dishes and utensils after use. This includes plates, pans, and other items. We ask that you treat our home with care, just like you would your own. When checking out, simply close the door behind you and leave the keys on the dining table. Please send an SMS or message to the host to let them know you have already left. If you break anything, please let us know right away and leave the items in the sink. This helps us with inventory and proper disposal. Note that charges MAY apply for broken items, especially cups and plates. For non-urgent matters, you're welcome to contact the host anytime.
