House in Praia do Saco, Estância/SE, the house is a haven of tranquility, divided into 2 bungalows with 2/4 each, which are only rented to the same family. 2,000 m² of lawn with lots of coconut tree shade, parking, swimming pool, barbecue area and the dunes as a backyard. The sea is about 600 meters from the door. The bungalows have air conditioning, a heated shower, a coffee maker, a kitchen and Wi-Fi. Energy consumption paid separately (R$1/kWh) On request, we can also rent the third bungalow (plus 4 guests) The space Expect to find lots of green space, quiet and two bungalows with: one suite and one double bedroom and the other with one double bedroom and one with four single beds, plus bathroom and kitchen in both. There is a possibility of renting the third bungalow, to be agreed upon. Guest access The family can feel free to use the entire private pool area, a fully walled lawn and plenty of coconut tree shade. Access will be provided by the caretaker, who will leave everything ready for your arrival. Other things to note BRING BED LINEN AND TOWELS. To avoid waste or damage to air conditioners, energy consumption will be calculated at a cost of R$1 per kWh. Although there are 3 houses, only one family will rent at a time. The entire place will be yours! Keep the front gate closed at all times. If it is left open, cows that graze loose in the area will enter. The pool pump can be switched on during the stay. Make sure that it does not exceed a total of 3 hours on. If the water in the box dries, just turn on the pump that is in the corner of the wall, next to the 3rd house. When you hear the water falling through the vent, you should turn off the pump again to avoid waste. The house will be delivered clean on arrival, if you want cleaning during the stay, schedule with the housekeeper (we only pass on the cost of R$120 for the cleaning lady). At the end, if the house is delivered very dirty, the same amount will be charged.
