Other things to note 📌 BOOKING POLICY – AFFORDELUXE STAYCATION To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all guests, please review the following: 🪪 VALID ID REQUIRED A copy of a valid government-issued ID is required for each guest prior to check-in. 🔐 SECURITY DEPOSIT A refundable security deposit is required before check-in. The deposit will be returned after checkout, subject to deductions for: • Damages • Missing items • Unsettled honesty store purchases • Policy violations 💳 PAYMENT POLICY All payments must be settled online via GCash or bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted. Full payment (including parking and add-ons) must be completed prior to check-in to confirm your reservation. 🚪 SELF CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Affordeluxe operates via smart lock self check-in. Guest access codes and complete check-in guidelines will be sent once booking requirements are fulfilled. 🚫 REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY For security and building compliance, only declared and registered guests are allowed inside the unit. Unregistered guests or visitors are subject to additional charges and may result in booking cancellation without refund. 🅿️ PARKING Parking is available upon request with a separate fee. Parking reservations are non-refundable once confirmed. ⏰ ADDITIONAL HOURS Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional fees. Extensions are non-refundable once approved. 🚫 PET-FREE UNIT To maintain cleanliness and guest comfort, pets are not allowed inside the unit. ❌ CANCELLATION POLICY All bookings follow the cancellation policy selected on Airbnb.
