Welcome to our home! We're excited to welcome you in to our main residence while we're away. You will have access to the entire space, with the exception of a cabinet where we keep our personal belongings. We look forward to hosting you and making you feel at home. The space The apartment has a privileged location on the 1st floor with an elevator in a recent and peaceful building, located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris. You will discover a space divided into three separate rooms. - The main room, dedicated to everyday life, offers a comfortable double bed. There is a TV, a home theater system and an internet connection to entertain you or telework from the dedicated space. - The fully equipped kitchen has a large countertop allowing you to prepare your meals with ease after a busy day exploring the wonders of Paris. A detailed list of available amenities is provided for your convenience. - The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower, complete with all the necessary accessories, including a drying rack for your clothes. The apartment's location offers ideal access to public transportation. It is located between Daumesnil and Michel Bizot metro stations (line 8) and Bel-Air (line 6). In addition, it is close to the RER A, the T3b/a tram, and the Vélib' stations. The main attractions of Paris are easily accessible from this prime location: 10 minutes from Accor Arena Bercy (line 6). 15 minutes from Gare de Lyon (line 6 or bus 29). 30 minutes from the Eiffel Tower (line 6). 49 minutes from the Stade de France and Disney (RER A). By car, 16 minutes from Orly and 24 minutes from Charles de Gaulle. Guest access Information about access to the apartment and how to collect the keys will be provided the day before your arrival. Other things to note Please read the house rules: Number of guests: The property only accepts the number of adults indicated on the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted. ID: Each guest will be asked to present an ID once the reservation has been created and upon check-in. Cleaning: Your garbage cans must be emptied and taken down to the garbage room on the ground floor; and your dishes must be done upon departure. In addition, we kindly request that you leave your shoes on the landing in order to preserve the cleanliness of the interior. Property condition: Guests are kindly requested to leave the property in the same condition in which they arrived. Events and noise pollution: Events, parties and noise pollution are strictly prohibited. A noise pollution compliance policy is in force between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Any breach of the above policies will result in the application of a penalty fee.
