Chalet La Brunante

Beautiful small cozy cottage on the shores of Lac-Lippe, an ecological lake located in Saint-Herménégilde in the Cantons-de-l'Est region. On one side, the lake and mountain views and on the other, the well-known valleys and plains of the Coaticook region. Not only is the water suitable for swimming, but it is soft and fabulous <3 We would be more than happy to share our little family paradise with you! On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom as well as a shower room and an open area including kitchen, dining room and living room. You also have the patio door that leads directly to the huge terrace with magnificent lake views. In the basement there is a 2nd living room with a queen sofa bed, video games, a children's room with a single bed, a single on double bunk bed, a full bathroom with shower and the machine room with the washer/dryer. There is also direct access to the covered terrace leading to the waterfront (Not accessible in winter). Outside you will find a dining area and sitting area on the terrace with a BBQ. We also have a pedal boat, canoe and paddle board that we leave for our guests. You will also find several outdoor games, fishing rods and some life jackets of different sizes. Please take care of our equipment as if it were your own ❤️ Guest access Please use the paddleboards, canoe and pedal boat that are already on site to avoid the spread of algae in our beautiful lake ❤️ Other things to note We offer you our family chalet. It's a chalet ❤️ The walls are made of wood. The floor cracks. There's no dishwasher. The master bedroom is small but comfortable. Cold water is sometimes cloudy (oxygenated), but it clears up and is delicious. Hot water sometimes has an unpleasant smell when it hasn't flowed for a long time. The countertops are not marble. It's an unpretentious chalet that we've renovated over time.
