☀︎ Our homestay is located 33 kms away from Dehradun city. ☀︎ You’ll have the entire place to yourself, which includes: - Two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. (Both rooms are directly connected to the dining area and kitchen, offering easy access and a cozy layout.) - A dining room - A compact kitchen - Balcony and garden area ☀︎ Birdwatchers will be delighted to spot some rare Himalayan species here. ☀︎ WiFi (50mps) connection with inverter support for our work from home travelers. The space HOUSE RULES & GUEST INFORMATION : ☀︎ Check-in Time: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Check-out Time: 11:00 AM ☀︎ From the parking area, there is a short 150-metre downhill walk to reach the property. Please note: this may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with orthopedic issues. ☀︎ Our homestay is pet-friendly. ( We request you to carry their own blankets & beds & not give them the blankets we provide for your use! Due to hilly terrain and lots of open spaces, your pet should be under strict monitoring all the time.) ☀︎ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests may use outdoor areas for smoking. ☀︎ Power cuts are rare but in case it happens we have back through the inverter. ☀︎ Plenty of places in the compound to walk around with a large garden. We request you to help maintain the serenity of the place and avoid playing loud music. ☀︎ Jungle trails, mountain treks, nature walks will keep you active & engaged. Guest access This is an Independent homestay that you don't share with anyone. All rooms, dinning area, outdoor sitting deck are exclusively for you. Other things to note Food Arrangements :- There is a kitchen available at the property if you wish to cook. Alternatively, our caretaker can prepare home-cooked meals for you. If you would like items such as paneer, non-vegetarian food, curd, bread, or butter, you may bring them along, and the caretaker can prepare them for you. Otherwise, we will need 1 day prior notice, as these items are sourced from Maldevta, Dehradun, which is approximately 23 km from the property. ☀︎ In case you are on very specific medicines request you to carry them with you. ☀︎ Treat the house as your own home with love and care.
