Relax with the whole family in this little paradise! The house is located on top of a hill in Rio Fortuna/SC. A municipality full of natural beauty at the foot of the Serra Geral! We have an infinite swing in the courtyard and ecological trails that take you to beautiful, centuries-old fig trees. Following the fig tree trail, you will find a delightful lake where you can lie under the trees and enjoy nature. The space About our space: - Two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning. - Communal bathroom - Living room with a pull-out sofa, smart TV and Wi-Fi. - Kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and utensils. - Balcony with barbecue and garage. We are 1 km from downtown Rio Fortuna, paved and accessible road. Guest access The guest will have access to the house patio, fire pit area, infinity swing, property's ecological trails, and lake. Other things to note - There is another guest house on the property, so there may be other guests moving around the property. - We accept pets, but the courtyard is not fenced. So we ask you to be careful with the pet because the road passes by the house. - We provide breakfast by appointment and payment of an additional fee.
