Other things to note We are an easy going couple in our 50’s and although we live downstairs, we rarely see our guests. The apartment is very private. We have 2 small Cavoodle dogs that are not yappy but can bark occasionally. Your apartment is fitted with acoustic sound proof walls to help with any noise.
