Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Right in the heart of downtown Old Forge, you can enjoy walking to many restaurants and shops. Walk or bike to Maple Ridge Trails, TOBIE trail or McCauley trails. Enjoy a fully fenced in backyard with your dogs! This house offers two main living spaces (one with a TV), full kitchen, three bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queens(all on the 2nd floor) and 1 and a half bathrooms. Large driveway (65 x 24 ft) for some trailers or multiple cars! The space We have 3 upstairs bedrooms with a king in one and a queen in the other two plus a full bathroom on that floor. The main floor has 2 living spaces, kitchen and a half bathroom. The backyard is fenced in with a fire pit, ADK chairs and a grill. We are only a short walk from all of the shops, restaurants and bars in town. The front porch has 4 ADK chairs to relax and people watch from. Guest access There is a front and side door with code access. The backyard door does not have a code or key. This is the only door that accesses the fenced in back yard, although there is a gate at the end of the driveway for outdoor access to the backyard. Other things to note Trash and recycling must be taken with you at the end of your stay. Alternatively you can get trash/recycling permits in town hall during regular business hours and drop it off at the transfer station near McCauley (~5 minute drive). In the back of the Historic Society (next door) there is a trailer you can donate your 5 cent cans and bottles if you like. There is a lot of wildlife in town and that even pass through the yard and driveway. They are very strict about not feeding or harassing the animals. Please respect them, we don’t want more killed due to human interaction. Also, the fine is $1,000.
