350 sq. meters, 4 suites (2nd floor), accommodates 8 people, air conditioning (cold) in all rooms, TV room, dining room, barbecue area, Wi-Fi, NET. Gated community with security and infrastructure: outdoor pool, gym, sauna, sand volleyball court, playground, lakes for fishing and contemplation, ballroom. Note: No bedding, blankets, pillowcases (pillows available), towels, chairs/parasols provided. The space Bedrooms (all on the 2nd floor), TV room, living room, dining room, kitchen and barbecue area with air conditioning (cold). There are 4 en-suites on the upper floor and a TV room. Balcony in the master suite. Minibar available next to the bedrooms and TV room on the 2nd floor (corridor). Toilet on the ground floor. Cellar model Minibar in the kitchen. Outdoor shower with hot water. Separate laundry with washer and dryer. The ice and water machine in the refrigerator doesn't work. The maid's quarters located on the ground floor remains closed and cannot be accessed. The SPA located in front of the house as well as the master suite bathtub and fireplace are not in use. Cleaning and hygiene products are not available. Blankets and bed linens are not provided. Pillows are available. The WiFi on the 2nd floor is weak. Guest access The common areas of the Condominium are available to guests, such as the thermal pool, outdoor pool, gym, beach volleyball court, etc. The SPA located in the courtyard of the house and the hot tub in the master suite are deactivated. The maid's quarters located on the ground floor remain closed. The fireplace is only decorative, it should not/cannot be used. Other things to note - We do not provide towels, bedding, blankets, pillowcases, etc. - We do not provide soaps, detergents, cleaning products, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc; - We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas.
