Large apartment (120m2) on the ground floor, with a separate entrance (TOTALLY NEW) at the gates of Valencia. It is located 10 minutes by car from the CITY OF ARTS AND SCIENCES, 15 minutes from the SALER AND PINEDO BEACHES, 10 minutes from the ALBUFERA NATURAL PARK and about 15 minutes from downtown VALENCIA. Public transportation is a 5-minute walk from the train stop that will take you to the heart of Valencia (downtown) in 10 minutes (2 stops). Other things to note There is the possibility of self check-in for guests who want it. I will leave the keys in a lockbox and they will be free to enter the apartment at any time they want.
