SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY, MINIMUM 11 NIGHTS. Large apartment (120m2) on the ground floor, with independent entrance (TOTALLY NEW) at the doors of Valencia. It is a 10-minute drive from the CITY OF ARTS AND SCIENCES, 15 minutes from the BEACHES OF SALER AND PINEDO, and about 15 minutes from downtown VALENCIA. Public transportation is a 5-minute walk from the train stop that will take you to the heart of Valencia (city center) in 10 minutes (2 stops). Other things to note There is the possibility of self check-in for guests who want it. I will leave the keys in a lockbox and they will be free to enter the apartment at any time they want.
