Right on the cove of Orange tx. 3 minutes drive from New Chevron plant expansion and Dow. 20 minutes to port Arthur , 30 minutes to Beaumont and Lake Charles . Complete update duplex with fresh clean home to ensure guests will have a nice and comfortable stay. Surveillance cameras outside parking for safety reason . Additional fees for non register guests, pet or not respect house rules . The space Is a small 1 bedroom apartment duplex but will suit comfortably for single or small family. Each unit is fully equipped with full kitchen so making family meals will be no problem. Guest access Easy access to almost everything in town and littlerly minutes from 2 major plant in orange . Each unit has it only entrance and does not share nothing except Landry room building with coin machine. Other things to note This is a duplex so We kindly asked guests to respect neighbors on next unit by keep noise down so everyone can rest. If we detect any smoking inside there’ll be $400 fine and extra cleaning fee . $250 additional fine is we find sign of pet stay not add in booking. $300 late check out without approval. No party or additional guest without approval. We do allow small pet dog allow with pet fee . Please clean after your pet and pick up waste outside . ( 20lbs under no large breed or cat ) . Landry room in building with coin machine ( share with other guests in apartment.)
