The space The modern and cozy 4 ½ room apartment with a total of 116 m² has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and separate shower and 1 shower/toilet, which is connected "en suite" to one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box spring double bed. The living room with two sofas offers enough cozy seating for relaxing evenings. Right next to it are the dining area and the open, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the raised ground floor, with private access and parking right in front of the entrance. For skis and ski boots, there is a common room on the ground floor of the house. Other things to note The apartment building "Casa D'Uval" is located by the Obersee, in the neighborhood of the ice stadium and the Coop supermarket. The Weisshornbahn valley station and the train station are about an 8-minute walk away or you can take the ski bus, which stops 50 m from the house. Particularly practical: the "Heimfahrtspiste Valsana" [home run slope] ends very close by (200 m), so you can go home on skis or snowboard.
