Romantic and luxurious with huge 6ft bed, roll top bath, large screen televisions and log burner. Take in the amazing views on a spacious decked terrace. Relax and watch an abundance of wildlife in tranquil surroundings. A short drive from fabulous blue flag beaches and the Lincolnshire Wolds infamous rolling countryside. The perfect couples retreat The space The entrance to the back of Little Reef lodge leads into the kitchen. The decor throughout has a sumptuous yet colourful vibe. A lovely light and airy lodge with open plan living. Here you can find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar with stools. The dining table and chairs is situated in front of patio doors, the perfect place to relax and eat breakfast. The comfortable lounge has a sofa, footstool and armchair. A 50 inch smart Tv with built-in Netflix and Echo Dot, this is a great place to relax. The beautiful stone fire place houses a log burner, perfect for those cosy winter evenings. This living space has two sets of patio doors offering beautiful views across the lake and gives access out onto a huge, decked balcony with glass balustrade and private fishing platform. Here you will find furniture for al-fresco dining and sun loungers. A secluded hot tub can be found at the end on the decking. This is fenced for privacy and has a louvered canopy which can be open for star gazing or closed if required. From here a gate leading into the secure garden with minimum 6ft solid fencing and BBQ can be found. There is a lovely snug area with comfy furniture available from Spring through to late Autumn. The bedroom is situated off the living area giving further views across the water. From here patio doors lead out onto the decking area. A huge 6ft bed, a large wall mounted smart TV, dressing table, wardrobe and drawer space flows into a spacious En-suite bathroom with large walk- in shower and roll top bath. Fluffy white towels, luxury bed linens and lovely sea kelp products from The Scottish fine soap company are provided in our lodge accommodations, making them the perfect couples retreat. Guest access Guests have private access to the lodge, decking with hot tub, secure garden and private fishing peg. Please note an up to date fishing licence must be held. Please get in touch for other lake and fishing rules. The supply hut has games, dog extras including warm wash down area and paddocks for walking are communal areas for guests. Other things to note Church Farm Escapes is a small exclusive park set within 26 acres of grassland, an abundance of nature and well stocked fishing lake which is well stocked with carp up to 28lb, roach, tench, perch and bream. Church Farm Escapes is situated less than 5 miles from blue flag beaches of Skegness and a little further to the coast of Mogg's Eye and Wolla Bank. With the Lincolnshire Wolds, 'an area of outstanding beauty' just a short drive away, we offer the perfect base for lovely walks and days out. We're super dog friendly and offer lots of facilities for both dogs and their owners. The local pub serving home cooked food and cask ales is within walking distance. There's lots to do in the local area and a choice of eateries. Other lovely places to visit in the area are Lincoln, Louth, Woodhall spa and Horncastle. The nearest shops are 2 miles away. Travel 10 minutes into town for a large variety of shops and supermarkets including M&S Food, Tesco, Morrisons and Aldi.
