Cleaned on availability and when the weather permits. TRAMPOLINE - Shared when both houses are occupied. Jumping at own risk. 100kg jumping limit and 500kg static limit. BACK (WESTERN) HOUSE - Not available to guests (please enquire if interested, separate listing). PARKING - One car space in first driveway. NO PARKING ON GRASS PLEASE. Plenty of free street parking. Other things to note * STRICTLY NO PARTIES - Low key gatherings only. Residential zoning so please respect the neighbours. Children monitored by an adult at all times. No running, diving, or jumping in the pool. 60kg limit on waterslide. NO GLASS in the pool, cans and plastic only. Air-conditioning in main bedroom only. Fan in each bedroom and living area. Air-conditioning in the living room is booked to be replaced on 07th November 2025.
