LA CONVIVIALE is a large house to share like a youth hostel or to rent out as a large vacation rental! Composed of 4 large double bedrooms and a dormitory for 6 people, available for overnight stays or extended stays. Ideally located at the foot of the Jaudy estuary, facing Tréguier, its historic center and shops within walking distance and the wild Presqu'île de Lézardrieux, LA CONVIVIALE is on the GR34, Vélomaritime or Tro Breizh route! The space The dormitory, with its bunk beds, can accommodate 6 people. You can store your belongings on open shelves or in lockable lockers. 📍bed sheets provided 📍towels and soap NOT PROVIDED A spacious shower room is available right on the landing. Guests can enjoy views of the Canada Bridge connecting Trédarzec and Tréguier. The estuary and the port of Tréguier at your feet! La Conviviale is a human-scale accommodation with vintage charm and places to share, such as a beautiful wooded garden, a terrace overlooking the estuary, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy rooms. Guest access In addition to the dormitory and shower room, you will have access to the common areas; the beautiful wooded garden, the terrace overlooking the estuary, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with large convivial table as well as the comfortable living room. In addition, the laundry room on the ground floor is accessible with its washing tub. 📍you will leave your shoes in the laundry room (not allowed in the dormitory). Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note LA CONVIVIALE must be... friendly! This means respect for other guests and cleanliness in shared spaces. Especially in the kitchen, it is imperative that you clean and put away used dishes.
