Between the natural park and the sea, a huge tropical garden waits you to enjoy serenity and privacy The colonial house offers all modern comfort and exotic charm with its beautiful wooden terrace in front of sunsets The whole property is only for you, so you will have good moments around the pool, BBQ or during a game of petanque If you need to work, no worries one of the suites offers a space to do so As in hotel, cleaning is done by the staff, and concierge service can provide activities The space The property : 5000 m2 of garden 200 m2 of interior space and in addition 200m 2 of covered and furnished terraces Outside you can enjoy all the amenities : The garden with fruits trees pool (5x10m) with sun beds petanque area BBQ Inside, You will find all for cooking in the kitchen. The 3 suites equipped with king size beds with EVERON mattress. The excellent quality of EVERON provides exceptional comfort. The mosquitos nets are cosy and romantic. 2 extra beds can be installed in the suites occupied by the parents, so the house can accommodate a maximum of 8 . All the suites have air conditioning and ceiling fans, so our guests can choice. All the suites have a bathroom with double washbasin, shower and toilet. There is also a work area in one of the suites . Each suite opens onto the wooden terraces, and each space in front of can be isolated to become a small private terrace without any vis-à-vis. There are also 2 separate toilets one on the ground floor, the second upstairs. In the lounge are board games, a safe box and a bar area with a kettle and fridge, this indoor lounge is extended by the outside lounge on the beautiful exotic wood terrace. The house is equipped with a good internet connection 80 MB, however we cannot guarantee that the wifi will be as fast as desired. To preserve the environment the pool is salty. For hot water it's a solar water heater, however in case of bad weather an electric water heater takes over for the comfort of the occupants. The water is purified and completely sanitised by a UV lamp system Washing machine is available in the laundry All areas are at the disposal of the occupants (except the technical rooms entrusted to the staff). Guest access You will be ALONE at home, and you can enjoy all the spaces described, except the technical rooms entrusted to the staff. Other things to note Like at the hotel : During the whole stay, the couple of guards is responsible for the maintenance of the property, the pool, as well as the cleaning. They speak only Khmer, but are always kind and responsive if necessary. Concierge service : In addition, we remain available for our guests and offer a concierge service to organize for you many services : - taxis, tuk tuk, scooters. - preparation of breakfasts, lunch, dinner, birthday meal and cake, by a chef - massages by the pool on the Balinese bed - yoga lessons in the large garden or on the exotic terrace - cooking class - visits to Kep, pepper plantations, the surroundings... - organisation of boat trips and visits to the islands At home you will find a notebook with all the necessary informations to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
