The space The apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century villa in the heart of Graz. It is located on the first floor of the house and has a large private terrace overlooking the garden and Schlossberg. There are 3 large bedrooms available. 3 double beds are available for 6 guests. There are also 2 couches that can be pulled out for sleeping. The apartment has a workplace, seating and special design details to feel good. The large eat-in kitchen is equipped with all appliances and offers space to eat and linger together. From here, the door also leads you directly to the terrace. A bathroom with a toilet and bathtub, as well as an anteroom, are also available for you. Our apartment should be a place to feel good and be amazed. Vintage furniture meets new works of art, design highlights and great interior eye-catchers. A true oasis of well-being in the heart of Graz. Location: only one minute away from the Graz City Park and 5 minutes to the city center and center - so central is our oasis of peace in the middle of a city garden in a large city villa with 10 apartments. The apartment is in the middle of a large garden so you can't hear any street noise or other noise. The house is a family home and very quiet. Therefore, parties, loud music or other disturbing activities are also strictly prohibited. Also on the terrace no music is played or noise made in the evening. It is important for us that this place remains a place of well-being for everyone. Therefore, loud activities are prohibited with us. The garden is private and cannot be used. We have provided some great designer pieces and vintage furniture for you in our apartment. We ask that you take care of these pieces and treat the apartment with respect and caution. Guest access We have installed a key safe so that our guests can pick up the keys at any time from 4 pm on the check-in day and are completely flexible. Other things to note Every city in Austria has a local taxi. Please enter and submit these measures. We charge the overnight stay tax of the city of Graz on site in cash. It is € 2.50 per person per night (excluding children under 15 years) and will be deposited at the property before check-out.
