Less than 2 hours by car from Paris, enjoy the calm of this family home in the heart of Sologne, surrounded by the renowned Loire Valley castles. You will appreciate this house for its quietness, comfort, and location: a mere 10-minute drive from Beaugency, a well-known medieval village with an eleventh-century castle, a Roman tower, a 1,000-year-old church, several small shops, and two shopping malls. This property is ideally suited for couples, families with children, and groups of friends. The space This accommodation comprises four separate areas: - The main part: on the ground floor you will find a functional kitchen, connected by a utility room to a laundry room with WC; and a dining area followed by a small living room with a fireplace and a satellite television set with DVD player. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a single bed, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds; each with its wardrobe(s). There also are two bathrooms, a shower room, and a toilet; as well as a kitchenette with a fridge and a washing machine. - A second independent accommodation consisting of a small functional kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the second with a single bed. - A large reception room adjoining the house, with independent access from the courtyard, that can be used as a dining room and living room; equipped with a central fireplace and a toilet. - A bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom with shower is located in a smaller building opposite the house, with its independent entrance. You will also enjoy the exterior, which is completely enclosed and comprises a 5,000m2 private orchard. Note: the main house and the two independent accommodations, although very close and next to each other, aren't connected by covered passages. Also, to go directly from the main kitchen to the reception room you'll have to cross a small open-air courtyard. Guest access You will have free access to all the areas of the house with the only exception, for security reasons, of the workshop and the boiler room. This accommodation has not been specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Other things to note A mandatory cleaning fee of €300, which includes the bath towels and bed sheets, is included in the total price of your reservation. The house is equipped with three dinnerware sets. One of them consists of valuable porcelain plates and crystal glasses, which you will have to reimburse in case of breakage or damage.
